Mia is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in private practice using a variety of clinical interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Mindfulness interventions, clinical hypnosis, Imaginal Exposure and Insight-oriented psychotherapy.
